Step 3: Secure Your Booking
Once services are confirmed, a 20% deposit is required to reserve your dates. This secures your spot on our calendar and allows us to dedicate focused, care to your home and pets.

The remaining balance is due prior to the start of services.

Enjoy your time away knowing your pets and home are in trusted, professional hands with updates and photos provided during your service.

Because we intentionally limit the number of families we serve, we recommend booking early, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons.

Rates vary depending on:

• Visit duration (15, 30, or 45 minutes)

Item To secure service dates a 20% deposit of the total cost is required. Final payment is due 24 hours or on the same day of service dates.

If you cancel 5 days or more before the start of the job, no cancellation fee will be charged.  If you cancel less than 5 days (72 hours) before the start of the job, the deposit will not be refunded. Provider reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.

If you reschedule 5 days or more before the start of the job, no reschedule fee will be charged. If you reschedule less than 3 days before the start of the job, the deposit will not be refunded.
